Ser referência em Seguros;
Garantir a qualidade e satisfação no atendimento ao cliente sobre o tema de Seguros;
Atuação in loco com os clientes em visitas nas agências Santander ou outros espaços de sua escolha;
Contribuir para o aumento dos negócios, com excelência e satisfação no atendimento aos clientes;
Criar estratégias personalizadas, garantindo proteção para os seus clientes;
Desenvolver relacionamento de longo prazo com os clientes;
Estruturar propostas de seguros e consórcios personalizadas e alinhadas aos diferentes perfis de clientes.

Para esse papel, valorizamos:
Graduação completa (mas se tiver pós-graduação, melhor ainda!);
Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
Vivenciado posições de Consultor de Seguros
