Acerca del Equipo

El equipo de operaciones de External Fulfillment UAF se divide en dos roles complementarios:

Field Support Team (FST): Equipo de soporte en piso responsable de alinear las operaciones a través de auditorías físicas, visitando almacenes de vendedores según se requiera.

Flow Support Team: Equipo que maneja operaciones mediante el monitoreo diario y conversaciones remotas con los proveedores, dando seguimiento a casos específicos y garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares operativos.

Tu Rol

Como Flow Support Specialist, serás el puente entre Amazon y nuestros socios comerciales, monitoreando indicadores clave y procesos estándar para ayudar a los vendedores externos a tener una experiencia sin dificultades al vender en Amazon. Identificarás errores operativos, preverás implicaciones basadas en datos, y trabajarás en la mejora continua de nuestras operaciones.

- Monitorear el desempeño de una variedad de sitios asignados, enfocándose en métricas críticas como on-time shipment
- Analizar datos de distintas fuentes, identificar información relevante y presentarla de manera clara para la toma de decisiones
- Prever implicaciones operativas basadas en el análisis de datos y sus tendencias
- Ser el punto de contacto entre clientes internos y externos, manteniendo los objetivos y límites de comunicación de acuerdo con la privacidad de información
- Entrenar y dirigir a las distintas operaciones de los vendedores para tomar acción y cumplir con las normas establecidas
- Identificar causas raíz de problemáticas operativas y ayudar a los proveedores a prevenir y controlar las situaciones detectadas
- Crear y dar seguimiento a indicadores operativos, generando propuestas para nuevas metodologías de automatización
- Notificar y actualizar de manera organizada y precisa cualquier situación relevante, direccionando escalaciones cuando sea necesario
- Proponer e implementar mejoras continuas en los procesos operativos

Basic qualifications

- Experience with Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with SQL
- Experience in data collection and ability to draft clear and detailed requirements documents
