About the Role

CoreWeave is building the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. We’re looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to three VP-level leaders within Marketing, helping them operate efficiently and stay focused on their highest priorities.

You’ll independently own calendar management across multiple time zones, travel coordination, and expense submissions. You’ll also coordinate team activities, including staff meetings, offsites, and recurring reporting. By developing a clear understanding of each leader’s priorities and preferences, you’ll balance competing demands, communicate proactively, and surface conflicts or other issues before they escalate. You’ll handle confidential information with discretion, continually improve your own efficiency, and partner with fellow executive assistants to support teammates during high-volume periods or shifting priorities. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can execute with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones for three VP-level Marketing leaders.

  • Coordinate travel logistics and submit expense reports.

  • Organize team activities, including staff meetings, offsites, and recurring reporting.

  • Learn each leader’s priorities and preferences, balance competing demands, and escalate when appropriate.

  • Communicate proactively through timely updates and early identification of scheduling conflicts and other issues.

  • Follow established processes and adopt best practices to continually improve efficiency.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Partner with fellow executive assistants and support teammates during periods of high volume or shifting priorities.

  • Execute independently with accuracy, attention to detail, and minimal oversight.

Who You Are

  • You have 2–5 years of experience providing executive or administrative support, ideally to Director- or VP-level leaders.

  • You have demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across time zones.

  • You have coordinated travel logistics and processed expense reports.

  • You have supported meetings and events, with some light project management experience.

  • You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, follow established processes, and escalate when appropriate.

  • You bring strong written communication skills, including drafting and editing documents, and provide proactive status updates.

  • You demonstrate high integrity and discretion, and execute independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • You’re proficient with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.

  • Experience supporting a Marketing, Communications, or other go-to-market team, including events and offsites.

  • Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly scaling environment.

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Calendar Management, Travel Coordination, Expense Reporting, Administrative Support, and Communication. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
