• Drive store sales and KPIs by leading the team and maximizing business opportunities.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain a positive, high-performing environment.

• Ensure excellent customer service by building strong customer relationships, managing VIP clients, and handling complaints effectively.

• Drive sales through effective selling, upselling, cross-selling, clienteling, and building customer loyalty.

• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support the development and growth of team members.

• Ensure proper staff scheduling, floor coverage, grooming, and adherence to brand standards.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, cleanliness, and stock availability.

• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and e-commerce order fulfillment where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail procedures, health & safety, and security standards.

• Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and competitors and share relevant market insights with the team.

• Leverage available digital tools and platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

• Support store projects, brand activations, and other business initiatives as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury, or premium retail.

• Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Flexible to work across different locations within Greater Cairo, based on business needs.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on VIP clients and customer loyalty.

• Good knowledge of beauty products, trends, and retail selling techniques.

• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.

• Comfortable using POS systems and digital tools.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and maximize sales opportunities.

• Good in English with good communication skills.
