PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN:
Brindar soporte financiero en la gestión de costos de producción, asegurando la precisión en el análisis, consolidación y reporte de información, así como impulsar la digitalización y eficiencia de procesos para contribuir a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
LOS OBJETIVOS PRINCIPALES SERÁN:
• Garantizar la exactitud y oportunidad en la consolidación y análisis de costos de producción de plantas y terceros.
• Desarrollar y mantener herramientas digitales (Power BI, SAP, Excel avanzado) que optimicen procesos de cierre y presupuestación.
• Impulsar la agenda de simplificación y automatización, reduciendo tiempos de procesos y mejorando la calidad de la información.
• Seguimiento de la gestión de AF.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de controles internos (GFCF) y políticas financieras globales.
LAS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES SERÁN:
• Analizar y consolidar información de costos de producción por site y por Business Unit, justificando las principales variaciones.
• Preparar reportes mensuales y presentaciones para cierres y forecast.
• Desarrollar dashboards y herramientas que faciliten la gestión de gastos.
• Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos y planes financieros.
• Colaborar en proyectos de digitalización y automatización de procesos.
• Monitorear y dar seguimiento a controles internos y auditorías.
• Interactuar con equipos locales y regionales para alinear información y procesos.
• Gestionar operatividad de AF
REQUISITOS:
- Profesional o estudiante avanzado de Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiencia previa en Finanzas, Control de Gestión, Costos o áreas afines.
- Experiencia en análisis de costos de producción, seguimiento de variaciones y consolidación de información financiera.
- Conocimiento de procesos de cierre financiero, presupuesto y forecast.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en SAP.
- Conocimiento de Power BI y/o herramientas de visualización y automatización de procesos.
- Capacidad de análisis, organización y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios, locales y regionales.
