アマゾンジャパンでは、自社管理する配達拠点 Amazon Logistics (AMZL) において、配達品質・配達効率の向上を推進するフィールドクオリティーアシュアランス（FQA）を募集しています。
FQAの主な業務は、オンラインで配達データおよび地図データ・GPSと実地住所情報の照合やオフィスなどの配達可能日時の確認、また配達困難箇所への現地訪問により配達の障害となっている原因を特定し、Amazonの配達システムへデータを反映することです。また、反映したデータが実際の配達に効果が出ているかを分析し、他チームと協力してより効率的な配達ができるよう業務改善を推進して頂きます。
通常の業務は主に、Online Routine 業務、現地調査業務、Adhoc 業務（データ分析やオペレーションチームとの折衝など）行っています。

FQAは日本国内のみならず、グローバルチームとコミュニケーションを取りながら、多様性とスピード感をもって改善活動を進めていきます。データ分析を通じた業務改善の経験を活かしていただけるポジションです。

Key job responsibilities
主な業務内容
・配達データと配達実績からのGPS誤差・カスタマー情報の確認および更新
・オンラインツールを用いたデータの確認と更新
・各ステークホルダーとの連携・アクション実行
・配達困難箇所のデータ分析
・配達データの分析結果を社内関係者へ提供
・配達システムにおける配達問題の情報収集・フィードバック
・安全・品質・作業効率向上に向けたプロジェクトの立案・推進
・業務標準化の推進
・宿泊を伴う全国への出張が発生する場合があります
・「現地調査業務（Easel）」 季節を問わず、配達困難箇所への現地訪問・建物管理者へのヒアリング、宅配ロッカー等の配達場所や配達ルールの調査およびデータ更新
一人、またはペアで実施していただきます
※現地への移動は徒歩が基本となります
※現地調査時にはヒアリング含め、ご意見を頂くこともあります
