FUNCION PRINCIPAL
Brindar apoyo operativo y comercial enfocado en el crecimiento rentable de los portafolios asignados a los gerentes de cuenta. Además, construir y ofrecer herramientas de seguimiento que contribuyan a mitigar el riesgo operativo y de crédito, a partir del conocimiento profundo de los clientes que componen dichos portafolios. Dentro de las responsabilidades se incluye la gestión de convenios de tarifas, renovación de créditos, nuevos desembolsos, elaboración de cifras financieras, seguimiento de indicadores (KPI’s), entre otras funciones propias del rol de apoyo del asociado.
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
Profesional en carreras administrativas, ingenierías o afín al sector financiero o estudiante de ultimo semestre en carreras administrativas o afines
EXPERIENCIA
Mínimo (2) años de experiencia apoyando los procesos operativos y comerciales de bancas especializadas.
CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS/HERRAMIENTAS
· Office (Word, Excel, Power Point y Access)
