Join Qonto's Growth Operations team as an intern and help drive key initiatives to empower growth channels through best-in-class marketing automation, MarTech tools, revenue products, and generative AI. Under Hugo's leadership, you'll enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes, centralising marketing data, and supporting cross-functional projects crucial to our growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Support Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success by maintaining clear workflows, reliable data, scalable processes in Salesforce, and gradually learn how information flows across the full Growth stack.

• Spot recurring blockers, dig into root causes, contribute to lasting solutions, and document everything so the team gets stronger each time a problem is solved.

• Help build dashboards, reports, and insights that give teams more confidence in their pipeline, performance, and next actions.

• Explore broader Growth Ops topics such CRM, Paid Acquisition, website tracking, data analytics, and build a real understanding of how a Growth engine works end to end.

  What we're looking for

• Curious about tools and data: You've used a CRM, a data tool, or similar platforms. Salesforce experience is a plus, but genuine curiosity about how systems work matters more.

• Organized and resourceful: You juggle parallel requests without dropping the ball, explore options before asking for help, and document what you learn.

• Service-minded: You take pride in making things work for others and follow through on what you commit to.

• AI-fluent: You use AI to move faster and stay critical about the output.

• Fluent in English: You can work and communicate in English every day.
