Purpose of the job
Lead the Digital Resilience team within NAM Governance, bringing together third-party oversight and governance, business resilience and continuity, the adoption of new technology across Governance, and creating a robust AI governance framework, supporting a clearer and more focused approach to digital operational resilience while enabling innovation and efficiency.

- Intelligent Capabilities: Lead support for the Governance function through automation and the adoption of AI in its ways of working. Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve efficiency and support their implementation with relevant stakeholders.
- AI governance: create a robust internal governance framework for AI implementation across NAM, aligned with Group and regulatory requirements, applying a risk-based approach.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with Technology, Information Security and second-line ICT risk colleagues, maintaining clear interfaces and avoiding duplication of responsibilities.
