Responsibilities: Responsible for executing Commercial Risk (CRS) claims business strategies by delivering and implementing talent, client, and operational claims initiatives that will increase the quality of services while improving efficiency and the contribution of claims to CRS. Claims Leadership & Advocacy Lead the end-to-end management of complex, high-value, disputed, sensitive, or strategic non-health insurance claims. Develop and execute claim strategies to maximize recovery and achieve fair and timely settlement outcomes for clients. Provide expert advice on policy coverage, policy interpretation, and claim recovery options. Act as the senior escalation point for critical client claims. Client Relationship Management Serve as the senior claims advisor for key corporate and multinational clients. Support client retention and growth through superior claims advocacy and claims consulting services. Lead major claim review meetings and communicate claim developments with senior client stakeholders. Enhance client satisfaction by delivering effective claims resolutions and advocacy support. Insurer & Market Engagement Lead negotiations with insurers, loss adjusters, experts, surveyors, and legal representatives. Establish escalation protocols and maintain strong relationships with insurance markets to facilitate resolution of contentious claims. Represent Aon and clients in complex claim discussions and settlement negotiations. Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, coach, and develop the non-health claims team. Allocate resources effectively across claim portfolios to ensure service quality and workload management. Develop technical claims expertise, advocacy capability, and succession planning within the team. Foster a high-performance and client-centric culture. Operational Excellence & Governance Establish claims service standards, KPIs, and reporting processes. Monitor claim trends, large losses, and emerging risk issues. Ensure compliance with Aon standards, regulatory requirements, and governance procedures. Drive continuous improvement in claims handling efficiency and client Skills and experience that will lead to success. Bachelor's degree. Construction/Engineering qualification is preferred. Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in insurance claims, claims advocacy, loss adjusting, insurer claims management for non-life insurance. Client-centric mindset. Influencing and negotiation capability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
