5. Sustainability & Environmental Management

Integrate sustainability into HSE practices
Drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact and resource consumption
Monitor sustainability KPIs (waste, energy, carbon footprint)
Ensure full compliance with environmental standards

6. Team Leadership & Projects

Supervise and develop HSE team (direct & indirect reports)
Support project teams on HSE matters and ensure safe project delivery
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)

Experience

10+ years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing environments, 3 of them progressive managerial role
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems (OHSAS/ISO)
Familiarity with Egyptian safety regulations
Experience in incident investigation, audits, and reporting

Certifications (Preferred/Required)

NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Internal Auditor (preferred)
Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation training
