Job Description & Summary

我們正在招募具發展潛力的實習生加入團隊。你將參與數據驅動的人力資源專案，實際投入市場薪酬數據分析、生成式 AI 應用與 Python 工具實作，並接觸人資顧問專案執行，累積數據分析與數位工具應用的實務經驗。

-預計工作時間：實習期間至少六個月，每週能配合至少2.5天
-工作地點：資誠台北所(台北市信義區基隆路一段333號-國貿大樓)
-附勞健保及團保，以時薪計薪

工作任務：
作為顧問團隊的一員，您的任務包含但不限於：

數據分析與視覺化（60%）
-參與市場薪酬數據分析專案[MC1.1]，實際投入從公開資料蒐集、清理與品質檢核、數據分析與視覺化，到市場洞察報告撰寫的完整流程，並依專案需求運用 Python、Excel、Power BI、PowerPoint 等工具。
-分析組織營運、員工問卷等專案數據，將分析發現轉化為視覺化圖表與初步洞察，並參與 Power BI 儀表板的維護與優化

生成式 AI 與 Python 工具應用（30%）
-依團隊需求建立、測試與優化生成式 AI Agent，並進行生成式 AI 指令設計（Prompt Design），支持議題研究、知識運用及專案執行。
-開發及優化 Python 工具，應用於資料處理、數據分析及重複性作業等情境，提升團隊工作效率。

專案支援與議題研究（10%）
-支援顧問簡報的製作與視覺優化
-參與顧問方法論開發、趨勢調研等前瞻性議題研究
-依專案需求，支援專案訪談、工作坊執行或擔任課程助教
-協助會議、活動籌備等團隊日常營運事務

-生成式AI 與工具實作機會：參與團隊內部生成式 AI Agent、指令設計及 Python 工具的建立與優化，累積運用新興技術改善工作流程的經驗。
-人資顧問專案實務：接觸薪酬、人才發展及員工意見調查等專案，學習以顧問思維拆解問題並提煉數據洞察。
-專業的指導與多元的學習資源：由專屬顧問教練（Coach）提供一對一指導，並透過與不同領域的資深顧問及部門最高主管互動，學習顧問方法、產業洞察與商業思維。組內開放的氛圍歡迎你隨時提問；你也能運用事務所豐富的學習資源，加速個人成長。
-表現優秀者有優先轉正機會

必要條件：
-學士三年級以上或碩/博士在學學生
-能於2026年10月至11月間到職，且實習期間至少六個月，每週能配合至少2.5天
-具基本資料分析與視覺化能力（Excel樞紐分析與函數、PowerPoint 圖表製作或其他類似工具）
-具備統計知識與數據思維，重視資料與產出品質
-具備 Python 基礎，曾修習相關課程或完成基礎專案
-主動積極且樂於學習，具問題分析與解決、溝通表達、及團隊合作能力

加分條件：
-具備Python 實作經驗，能運用 Pandas, NumPy 等套件進行資料清理與分析
-具備生成式 AI 應用或 Vibe Coding 經驗，曾建立 AI Agent 或自動化工具者尤佳
-曾使用 Power BI 等 BI 工具建立儀表板
-對人力資源、組織發展或管理顧問領域抱有高度興趣
-具備良好的中、英文溝通能力，TOEIC 800 分以上或相當程度者尤佳
