Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance service delivery, suggesting process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hardware or technology-focused industry.
Strong knowledge of order management systems and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
