Nel ruolo di Impiegato di magazzino presso lo stabilimento 3M Italia di Grassobbio (BG) avrai l'opportunità di mettere in gioco la tua curiosità e di collaborare con alcune delle persone più innovative e diversificate a livello internazionale.
Qui, avrai un impatto:
- Operando nell’area logistica/magazzino presso lo stabilimento di Bergamo, contribuendo alla gestione efficiente dei flussi logistici
- Supportando le attività operative e amministrative relative alla merce in ingresso, allo stoccaggio e alla movimentazione interna
- Contribuendo alla preparazione delle spedizioni e al controllo della documentazione associata
- Garantendo accuratezza nell’inserimento e nella gestione dei dati, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali
- Favorendo la continuità del servizio logistico, supportando le esigenze dei clienti interni ed esterni
- Operando nel pieno rispetto delle norme di sicurezza del sito, contribuendo a mantenere un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e conforme
Le Tue Competenze ed Esperienze
Per prepararti al successo in questo ruolo fin dal primo giorno, 3M è alla ricerca di candidati che soddisfino i seguenti requisiti minimi:
- Buone capacità comunicative
- Conoscenza dei processi logistici
- Conoscenza di SAP
- Titolo di studio: diploma di scuola superiore
- Esperienza pregressa come operatore logistico o di produzione con conoscenza dei processi manufatturieri e logistici che regolano le attività operative
Conoscenze aggiuntive che potrebbero aiutarti ad avere ancora più successo in questo ruolo includono:
- Preferibile conoscenza specifica dei moduli EWM, TM, ECC di SAP
- Titolo di studio in ambito logistico
- Conoscenza lingua inglese

- Sede del ruolo: 3M Italia, stabilimento di Grassobbio
- Questo ruolo prevede un modello di lavoro in sede, in cui il dipendente lavora almeno quattro giorni alla settimana nell'ufficio presso il Magazzino di Grassobbio
- Modello di lavoro: tempo pieno, a giornata
- La posizione lavorativa è inquadrata nel livello C del CCNL dell'Industria della Gomma, Cavi Elettrici e Materie Plastiche CNEL code B371.
- La retribuzione annua lorda prevista per il ruolo è compresa tra € 34.000 e € 37.000. L'individuazione della retribuzione finale di assunzione all'interno di tale fascia sarà concordata tenendo conto del contesto organizzativo aziendale e di quanto previsto dal CCNL e di criteri oggettivi e neutri sotto il profilo del genere quali: la qualifica professionale, l'esperienza maturata, le competenze possedute e il livello di responsabilità connesso alla posizione. Ulteriori benefits e agevolazioni potranno essere riconosciuti in conformità alla normativa vigente, al CCNL e ai programmi aziendali in essere al momento dell’inizio della prestazione lavorativa.
