AI in this role
Implementation Manager guiding enterprise customers through the adoption of AI-powered workflows and agentic tools.
As Asana transitions from Collaborative Work Management (CWM) to Agentic Workflow Management (AWM), you will lead enterprise customers through that same transformation — helping them define what AI-powered work looks like for their organization, aligning stakeholders around a shared adoption plan, and driving measurable impact across their highest-value workflows. You will design and lead structured, time-bound engagements from onboarding through workflow launch, guiding teams and AI agents to execute work together seamlessly. Partnering closely with executive sponsors and frontline teams, you will navigate ambiguity, create operational clarity, and connect AI capabilities directly to meaningful business outcomes.
This role is based in our Munich office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents, Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Workflow Management, and Project Management. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Show where AI is part of your daily process, not a one-off project. This role expects it to be a running habit.
