What are your contributions to the team?

Analyze and conduct cycle time studies.Create and maintain performance reports.
Monitor and measure compliance with sector plans, including efficiency, production rates, and delayed hours.Interpret and analyze supply chain cycles at the detailed planning level (by workstation) to monitor the progress of final assembly line and manufacturing activities.
Participate in the development and implementation of logistics strategies supporting interior completion activities and production requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Internal Logistics and Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Quality.Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
You possess strong analytical, logical, and mechanical problem-solving skills.
You have the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
You demonstrate leadership and enjoy taking on new challenges.
You have a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
You are patient, persistent, and naturally curious.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
