Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the company in business development and management of multi-agency agent networks;
• Ensure that network operations comply with the law and protect the company from sanctions or legal action; knowledge of the Civil Code and the AEC will be developed regarding the management of agent networks for the regulation and preparation of mandates and their work plans, ensuring ongoing synergy with Legal and Compliance;
• Proactively collaborate with various corporate groups to ensure timely support in managing and coordinating networks;
• ongoing synergy with the Accounting Team for the management of commission rules and the regulation of pay calculations;
• Assist in the search for new agents throughout Italy;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Sales team members. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Good knowledge of English language and fluent in Italian.
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
