役割について
当ポジションでは、デリバリーステーションで働くリーダーに対して、彼らの成功に必要不可欠な研修と育成を担当していただきます。具体的には、8週間にわたるバーチャルとオンサイトでのハンズオントレーニングの実施、週次スケジュールの管理、座学、そしてアカデミープログラム全体の設計と実行、および最新のオペレーションが反映されたコンテンツへの改良に責任を持っていただきます。

Key job responsibilities
・AMZL Academyのトレーニングプログラムの管理
・ビジネスインパクトに基づく長期的な学習ニーズの定義と戦略立案
・オンライン・対面でのトレーニングセッションの実施
・既存コンテンツの評価、フィードバック収集とギャップ分析に基づいた改善
・継続的な改善活動の推進
・フィールドチーム、DSリーダーシップ、人事部門との効果的な連携
・新任リーダーの早期戦力化支援

Basic qualifications

- ピープルマネージャーとしての2年以上の経験
- グループディスカッションを効果的に進行、異なる意見を調整し、合意形成に導けるファシリテーション能力
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語（N1以上）で、流暢に話せ、書け、読めること
- 立場の異なるステークホルダーとオープンに会話し、認識を合致させられる交渉力

Preferred qualifications

- Amazonでの2年以上の実務経験、または問題解決や成果創出の実績
- 実務レベルの英語力（簡潔かつ明確に表現する文書作成能力、プレゼンテーション力）
- 集合トレーニングの講師経験の実施経験
- 仮説を裏付け、効果的な解決策を実行するために定量的なデータや指標を活用してきた経験
- 学習プログラムの設計・評価経験
- 文章や口頭でのコミュニケーションを通じて、複雑な概念を効果的に伝える経験を積むスキル
