What will be your role?

As a Process Associate, you will help ensure seamless execution of administrative and operational support for our Front-Line colleagues across the Nordic countries. Your main responsibilities will include:

Creating customer accounts and responding to internal requests
Administering and modifying contracts in SAP
Managing master data and analysing potential data issues using Microsoft Excel
Supporting the billing and invoicing process to ensure smooth end-to-end execution
Communicating effectively with team members and colleagues across different Nordic countries
Embracing Lean principles and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Your skills and qualifications:

Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and sharing ideas
Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and an affinity for working with data
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
Interest in learning, professional development, automation, and AI utilization
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
English proficiency at B2 level
Knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian is welcomed but not mandatory
Proficiency in using various software and data entry systems is an advantage (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SAP)

Salary
From 1.450 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications
