Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Odpowiedzialność za realizację celów sprzedażowych własnych i zespołu
- Planowanie i monitorowanie indywidualnych celów osiąganych przez pracowników
- Wdrażanie do sprzedaży nowych produktów i usług oraz poszukiwanie skutecznych taktyk sprzedażowych
- Szkolenie zespołu w zakresie usług, produktów, technik sprzedażowych z naciskiem na efektywne przekazywanie wiedzy
- Wspieranie pracowników w zakresie tworzenia i realizacji planów rozwojowych
- Raportowanie wyników oraz współpraca z osobą zarządzającą obszarem
- Dbałość o bezpieczeństwo, standardy pracy i wizualizację salonu
Nasze wymagania:
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
- Doświadczenie w sprzedaży bezpośredniej
- Znajomość standardów obsługi klienta oraz technik sprzedaży
- Umiejętność budowania długofalowych relacji
- Umiejętność dbania o motywację i zaangażowanie zespołu
- Umiejętność dzielenia się wiedzą
- Proaktywne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów i poszukiwania informacji
- Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację z klientami
