Job Description:

Stanowisko: Koordynatorka/Koordynator procesów ICT

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Forma współpracy: B2B lub umowa zlecenie

Zakres współpracy:

Planowanie i priorytetyzacja patchowania środowisk produkcyjnych i nieprodukcyjnych z uwzględnieniem ryzyka, testów, okien serwisowych i zależności.
Koordynacja testów i wdrożeń z zespołami technicznymi, cyberbezpieczeństwem, dostawcami i właścicielami usług.
Monitorowanie realizacji, usuwanie blokad, eskalowanie ryzyk oraz raportowanie KPI/KRI, backlogu i zgodności.
Inicjowanie standaryzacji i automatyzacji oraz utrzymywanie dokumentacji na potrzeby kontroli, audytów i zarządzania ryzykiem.
Automatyzacja procesów patchowania.

Wymagania:

3–5 lat doświadczenia w utrzymaniu IT, patch management, vulnerability remediation lub koordynacji zmian technicznych.
Praktyczna znajomość pełnego cyklu patchowania oraz oceny ryzyka podatności (CVE, CVSS, Critical/High/Medium).
Znajomość kilku technologii z profilu oraz procesów ITSM, w szczególności Change, Incident, Problem i Configuration Management.
Doświadczenie w analizie danych, raportowaniu KPI/KRI i identyfikowaniu możliwości automatyzacji.
Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe lub adekwatne doświadczenie.
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność i odpowiedzialność za rezultat.
Skuteczna komunikacja i współpraca z zespołami technicznymi, biznesem i kadrą zarządzającą.
Umiejętność uzgadniania priorytetów i formułowania rekomendacji opartych na ryzyku.
Analityczne podejście, dbałość o jakość oraz orientacja na usprawnienia i mierzalne rezultaty.
Umiejętność wykorzystywania narzędzi AI do zwiększania efektywności pracy i usprawniania procesów biznesowych, z zachowaniem zasad odpowiedzialnego i etycznego korzystania z danych oraz rozwiązań opartych na sztucznej inteligencji.

Mile widziane:

Doświadczenie w środowisku regulowanym, szczególnie w sektorze finansowym.
Znajomość narzędzi ITSM, asset i vulnerability management, np. ServiceNow, Tanium lub Qualys.
Doświadczenie w automatyzacji, praktykach ITIL, hardeningu i lifecycle management; mile widziane certyfikaty branżowe.
