JCFS(Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions)とは、AmazonのFulfillment Solutionを追求するオペレーション技術統括本部です。アマゾンジャパンオペレーション業務の中核部門としてオペレーションの各部門を効率的に連携することに貢献します。JCFSのリライアビリティー＆メンテナンスエンジニアリングファシリティーズ部門(RME-F)において、Facility Launch Specialistを探しています。

このポジションではAmazonの物流倉庫の運営に必要なビルディング・マネジメント、クリーニング、売店、自動販売機、シャトルバス、駐車場、廃棄物処理などのサービスをローンチスケジュールに合わせてスタートし、年間で4～5件を担当しランニング・チームに引き渡します。

安全と遵法性を最優先とし、安全面は現場目線での危険予知と5Sを軸にしたソリューションの提案力と実行力、遵法面では改変された法律・条例を把握するとともに、施設運営に必要な行政への届け出管理も行います。
また、サービスを立ち上げていく過程ではステークホルダーとの合意形成に向けたスケジュール管理力、サプライヤーへの要求事項・サービスレベルやコストが妥当であることをロジカルに説明された資料の作成力が求められます。

チームは中長期的なビジネス視点で戦略的に各サービス別にサプライヤー体制を構築し、スタンダートをベースとしながらも既存拠点にない新たなサービスや改善を積極的に取り入れると供に、毎年複数拠点を立ち上げるスケールメリットを活かしたコストダウンも図ります。

Key job responsibilities
各種サービスを期日に遅れることなくサービスインすることが最重要任務となります。サービスインからスケジュールを逆算して要求事項の整理・社内承認・現場引き渡しまでを一貫して行います。現場の改善活動は日々行われており、改善への追従と標準書の書き換えが求められます。時として担当者が曖昧な状況下もありますが、Managerや先輩社員を巻き込み、ステークホルダーと状況を整理してプロジェクトを進める責任感が求められます。

【Essential Functions】
30% 各種サービス契約に必要な情報収集と遵法性の把握
20% 各種ベンダーやサプライヤーとの交渉・調整
20% 社内向け資料の作成・情報更新
10% 既拠点の状況把握と課題解決提案
10% 担当拠点の予算資料作成
10％各種契約書の締結、必要に応じて内容修正業務

A day in the life
勤務地は目黒本社、新規担当拠点、既存拠点を時期に合わせて変えています。朝はメールのチェックと１日のスケジュールを確認し、新規拠点および部署内やチーム内で取り組んでいる改善・ネットワーク活動の会議が1日に1-2件参加します。各メンバーの進捗状況確認は週２回行われており、相談や方向性の確認をチームですることができます。

※新規拠点の立上げ時に短期の出張あり
※平日月曜日～金曜日朝9時から18時までの勤務、土日祝日お休み。

About the team
立上げを担うチームメンバーはマネージャーを合わせて10名います。チームで担当している物流拠点はFirst Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mileと3種類があります。物流拠点の用途により建物規模は違いますが、業務内容は類似しており、メンバー間の知識の共有とリソース配分を柔軟に変化させることで1年間にローンチする全拠点をこのチームで対応しています。

Basic qualifications

- ・正社員として3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント業務もしくは新規店舗出店に関する知識と経験、
- ・PCスキル（Excel, Power point, Word）・ビジネスレベルの日本語
- ・Education: 学士号、大卒以上、またはこれに相当する職務経験
