[What you will be working on]

As a Product Manager, you will hold significant ownership over your product domain, driving it from concept to reality while aligning with the broader programme goals. Your core responsibilities include:

• Own product strategy: Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities based on user needs, organisational goals and measurable outcomes.

• Reimagine learning: Design engaging, personalised and adaptive learning experiences that help officers develop and apply skills at work.

• Design employee growth journeys: Shape seamless experiences across HR, performance, competency and learning systems, from identifying capability gaps to demonstrating job proficiency.

• Use data and AI: Explore how enterprise data, AI, LLMs and agents can personalise learning, support development decisions and improve workflows.

• Simplify operations: Streamline learning requests, approvals, administration and reporting through automation, self-service and better process design.

• Discover and validate: Work with officers, managers, Practice Leads and operations teams to uncover problems, prototype solutions and test assumptions.

• Make build-versus-buy decisions: Evaluate SaaS platforms, LMS solutions and integrations based on user value, feasibility, cost, security and sustainability.

• Drive delivery: Own implementation, integration, launch, adoption and continuous improvement, working closely with engineering, design and stakeholders.

• Measure outcomes: Track learning engagement, capability development, job proficiency, product adoption and operational productivity. Improve or stop what does not deliver value.

[What we are looking for]

• At least 8 years of product management experience, owning complex digital products from discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes.

• Strong product judgement, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise problems and make strategic trade-offs.

• Experience designing intuitive, end-to-end user journeys across multiple products and enterprise systems.

• Strong understanding of enterprise data, APIs and integrations, translating complexity into seamless user experiences.

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools, prototypes and data to explore and validate solutions.

• Practical understanding of AI, LLMs and agents, including when simpler solutions are more appropriate.

• Experience evaluating SaaS platforms and making build-versus-buy decisions.

• Ability to redesign operational workflows using automation and self-service.

• Strong analytical skills, using user research and data to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.

• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineers and designers.

• Sound judgement around data privacy, security, governance and responsible AI.

• Experience with LMS platforms, Workday, HR technology, competency frameworks or learning products.
