The L&D Specialist is responsible for organizing and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the Integrated Services business. This role involves coordinating training logistics, maintaining training schedules, and ensuring the effective delivery of training sessions. The L&D Specialist will work closely with the Learning & Development team reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations and matrix to the Director, HRBP for Integrated Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and arranging necessary equipment and materials.
Develop and maintain training schedules and calendars. Ensure timely communication with participants and trainers regarding training details.
Administer industry specific training such as Core Trade and CSOC training and certification renewals.
Enrollment of employees for external trainings with approved training providers.
Work with site admin to ensure external course certifications are delivered and received by employees on site
Assist trainers with the preparation of training materials and resources. Provide on-site support during training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
Process invoices for all external trainings to ensure timely payment
Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback. Update and manage the learning management module in Sezame (Global SuccessFactors HRIS).
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
Ensure training programs comply with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Qualification:

Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of Job experience in HR administration or Training Administration. Nitec holders with relevant job Experience will be considered
Proficient in Microsoft Office at Intermediate levels and Microsoft O365 Suite (inclusive of Microsoft Teams)

Specific skills:

Excellent knowledge of usual IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good appreciation of technology and digitalization to improve process efficiencies
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviors
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Personality or Soft skills:

Organized, meticulous and attention to details
Ability to show initiative and drive continuous improvements
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
