Realizar el seguimiento y análisis de los principales indicadores (KPIs) de la operación de logística en Uruguay.
Generar reportes periódicos y paneles de control para monitorear el desempeño operativo.
Detectar desvíos operativos, proponer soluciones y ejecutar acciones de mejora.
Colaborar con el equipo en la gestión e interacción con la red de repartidores.
Brindar soporte analítico e información clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y proyectos del área.
Formación universitaria en Economía, Ingeniería, Ciencia de Datos o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles analíticos u operativos.
Manejo de herramientas de analítica de datos e inteligencia de negocios como SQL, Tableau, Looker o Power BI.
Dominio de herramientas de productividad y colaboración (Google Workspace).
Nivel de inglés intermedio.
