Job Description

Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

Erstellung und Analyse von Wertströmen inklusive Potenzialdefinition
Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der werksbezogenen Verbesserungsaktivitäten (z. B. KVP, Kaizen)
Qualifizierung und Training von Mitarbeitern auf Basis des Produktionssystems im entsprechenden Werk / Werksbereich
Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten im Sinne der schlanken Produktionsprinzipien zur Verbesserung des Lean-Reifegrades
Moderation von Workshops zu Methoden der schlanken Produktion
Schnittstelle des Werkes zur konzernweiten Lean-Beratung und Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Produktionssystems (z. B. Methoden, Standards, Vorlagen)
Ansprechstelle für Fragen bzgl. Lean Management für die produktiven Bereiche

Hinweis: Für den Standort Friedrichshafen werden insgesamt drei Lokale Lean Manager gesucht – jeweils für die Bereiche Motorenwerk, Systemwerk und Kurbelgehäusefertigung.

Qualifikationen - Was wir uns wünschen:

Ingenieur / Master / Bachelor im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfolgreiche Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von schlanken Produktionsprinzipien
Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld erforderlich
SAP-Kenntnisse, speziell in den Modulen Produktion und Logistik
Sehr hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft
Gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie schnelles Anpacken und Umsetzen vor Ort („hands-on“)
Technisches Verständnis für Abläufe in der Fertigung und Montage
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude am Umsetzen von neuen Lösungen
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
