Job Description

Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

Analyse von Störursachen und Fehlerbildern (Bad Actors).
Definition von globalen Wartungszielen und Ableitung von Instandhaltungsstrategien in enger Abstimmung mit den Werken.
Interaktion mit den globalen Werken zur Identifikation, Verankerung und Auszeichnung globaler Best Practices.
Harmonisierung und Standardisierung der globalen Instandhaltungsprozesse.
Globale Sammlung und Konsolidierung von IH-Performance Daten.
Entwicklung und Governance von Asset-Strategien.
Pflege und Steuerung der globalen Anlagen Register sowie der Stammdatenqualität.
Reisebereitschaft

Qualifikationen - Was wir uns wünschen:

Technische Ausbildung und Weiterqualifizierung zum Techniker oder Bachelor im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Maschinen- oder Montage- und Prüfstandseinrichtungen
Ausgeprägte Methodenkenntnisse in der Instandhaltung (z. B. RCM, RCA, TPM)
Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse und gute SAP – Kenntnisse
Kenntnisse in Lean - Methoden (z.B. 5S, TPM)
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Gute Englischkenntnisse notwendig
