This position reports to:

Facilities & Maintenance Manager

DEBERES ESENCIALES:

Encargado de inspecciones de mantenimiento tales como “troubleshooting”, ajustes, rediseño, reparación e instalación de equipo.
Desempeñar labores de mantenimiento que requieren un alto grado de destrezas manuales y técnicas.
Capaz de analizar y resolver problemas de alto grado de complejidad (mecánico, eléctrico, hidráulico, neumático, entre otros).
Proveer apoyo técnico al personal de mantenimiento.
Conocimientos básicos en PLC (“Troubleshooting” y ajustes).
Desempeñar asignaciones en general, de trabajo delegadas por su supervisor.
Responsable por el “housekeeping” de su área de trabajo.
Responder e informar al supervisor inmediatamente a condiciones inseguras de trabajo o accidentes.
Realizar otras tareas según sean requeridas por su supervisor.

REQUISITOS Y CUALIFICACIONES:

Licencia de Perito Electricista (Preferido)
Grado Asociado en Tecnología Electrónica y/o eléctrica, preferido, acreditada por PR y/o EU.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posición similar.
Estar cualificado en LOTO.
Conocimiento e interpretación de planos.
Conocimiento de herramientas y equipo manual y/o eléctrico.
Enfocado en servicio al cliente.
Poseer destrezas de comunicación en inglés y español.
Cumplir con normas establecidas de asistencia y puntualidad.
Mantener buenos hábitos de trabajo.
Cumplir con las normas, prácticas y regulaciones establecidas por Calidad, incluyendo ISO 9001; HSE, incluyendo ISO 14001; y Recursos Humanos, el Manual del Empleado, la Política de Asistencia, el Código de Conducta, entre otros.
