Marketing Executive - Pet

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re scaling Mr Purrs, our cat food brand taking on the category giants in North America, and building our next wave of pet brands to launch in 2027. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who loves making launches land. You’ll own the projects that put our brands on shelf, on feeds and in front of pet parents across the US and the world. Position Impact

North America is where our pet brands are scaling fastest, and you’ll own one question: how do we make this launch land brilliantly, on time and on budget? You’ll help launch new products, brands and markets end to end, from activations to retail media and the digital shelf. Then you’ll take what works to the UK, Australia, New Zealand and beyond. You’ll work with Sales, Content, Digital Media, Design and Ecommerce, plus our agency partners. You’ll get broad exposure across brands and markets and a clear path to grow your career.

How you’ll help us grow

• Lead key launches end to end: new brands, innovation and launches into new markets, including content, influencers, PR, sampling, reviews and website and social set-up

• Run launch critical paths, rally project teams and partners, flag risks early and solve problems as they come up

• Own our digital shelf: build and maintain retailer product pages and ecommerce content so our brands win online

• Prepare retailer recaps and support line review and innovation-day materials

• Lead creative and content projects from brief to sign-off, adapting assets for each market

• Activate media and retail media with our Digital Media team and retail partners, from launch briefs and flighting to in-store activation

• Manage project budgets: purchase orders, vendor set-up and tracking spend against plan

• Read the results, run small tests and turn what you learn into better execution

What Helps You Win Here

• 1–3 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer brands, with hands-on project delivery

• Experience in at least two of: ecommerce or retailer product pages, influencer or sampling programmes, social media or retail media

• A track record of working with agencies or external partners and keeping projects on track

• Launch experience is a plus, and pet, personal care or household categories are a bonus

• Organised and reliable: you juggle several projects at once without dropping pace, quality or detail

• An ownership mindset and a curious eye for data: you take a brief, run with it and spot what’s working
