Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and alterations on aircraft and components, ensuring full compliance with aeronautical regulations (RBAC 43 and 145), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and applicable manuals (manufacturer, Helibras' Maintenance Organization Manual - MOM, and Quality Control Manual - MCQ).
• Act as a Delegated Inspector (when appointed) and approve the return to service of aircraft and components — including major repairs and alterations —, ensuring strict recording on official forms (e.g., SEGVOO001 and SEGVOO003).
• Supervise, guide, and train mechanics (Junior/Mid-level) and unlicensed assistants, providing technical and practical support to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in the execution of Work Orders (WO).
• Provide technical support to research, development, and technological innovation projects applied to equipment maintenance and operation.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation and perform strict control of the tools used, preventing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) from being left behind in the aircraft and ensuring overall operational safety.

Requirements:

• Internal candidates, please note the Golden Rule.
• Technical education in MMA.
• Solid experience in the job.
• Solid experience with the Airbus Helicopters EC725/225 range.
• CHT in AVI and CEL.
• Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).
• Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview).

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Realizar manutenções, inspeções e alterações em aeronaves e componentes, garantindo total conformidade com a legislação aeronáutica (RBACs 43 e 145), Diretivas de Aeronavegabilidade (ADs), Boletins de Serviço (SBs) e manuais aplicáveis (fabricante, MOM e MCQ da Helibras).
• Atuar como Delegatário de Inspeção (quando designado) e aprovar o retorno ao serviço de aeronaves e componentes — incluindo grandes reparos e alterações —, assegurando o registro rigoroso em formulários oficiais (ex.: SEGVOO001 e SEGVOO003).
• Supervisionar, orientar e treinar mecânicos (Júnior/Pleno) e auxiliares não habilitados, prestando suporte técnico e prático para garantir a precisão e assertividade na execução das Ordens de Serviço (OS).
• Prestar suporte técnico a projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação tecnológica aplicados à manutenção e operação de equipamentos.
• Garantir a limpeza e organização do posto de trabalho e realizar o controle rigoroso do ferramental utilizado, prevenindo o esquecimento de itens nas aeronaves e garantindo a segurança operacional.

Requisitos:

• Candidatos internos, atentar-se a Regra de Ouro.
• Ensino técnico em MMA
• Sólida experiência na função.
• Sólida experiência com a Linha da Airbus Helicopters EC725/225.
• CHT em AVI e CEL.
• Proficiência em português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
• Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
