Job Description

Aufgaben – Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Instandhaltungs- und Logistikteams vor Ort
Sicherstellung des Produktionsprogramms durch perfekten Instandhaltungs- und Logistiksupport
Organisation und Abstimmung des Personalbedarfs anhand des Produktionsprogramms
Verbesserung von Abläufen, Prozessen und Ressourceneinsätzen mit dem Ziel der Kostenoptimierung
Einhaltung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
Schulung und Anleitung der Mitarbeiter sowie Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
Schnittstelle, Aufbau und Pflege der internen und externen Kundenbeziehungen

Qualifikationen – Was wir uns wünschen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik und Instandhaltung/Reparatur von komplexen Anlagen
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
Erfahrung im Lean Management
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP)
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
