In unserem Team in Waren (Müritz) sicherst du die optimale Versorgung unserer Patient*innen. Du bist die verlässliche Stimme am Telefon, behältst bei Prozessen den Überblick und sorgst gemeinsam mit uns für echte Lebensqualität vor Ort.

• Auftragsabwicklung: Du organisierst den gesamten Bestellprozess, bearbeitest Anfragen, Retouren sowie Abholaufträge zügig und strukturiert.

• Angebotswesen: Du erstellst Kostenvoranschläge sowie Angebote und verfolgst diese eigenverantwortlich nach.

• Schnittstellenarbeit: Du stehst im Austausch mit Krankenkassen, klärst Versorgungsfragen und findest auch bei Ablehnungen von Kostenübernahmen gute Lösungen.

• Enges Teamwork: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem Außendienst und der Technik, damit Materiallieferungen reibungslos veranlasst werden können.

• Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung. Auch serviceorientierte Quereinsteiger*innen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

• IT-Kenntnisse: Gute Basis-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Computer.

• Persönlichkeit: Du hast eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, bist gut organisiert, flexibel und mit echtem Teamgeist dabei.
