Job Description
Aufgaben - Das erwartet Dich bei uns:
Du montierst Großmotoren der BR4000, die unsere Kunden in Schiffen, Lokomotiven, Aggregaten, Mining Trucks und vielen anderen Anwendung global betreiben
Deine Montageschritte führst du nach entsprechenden Montagevorgaben aus, welche sich aus Montageanweisungen, Stücklisten und Zeichnungen ableiten
Deinen genauen Einsatzbereich richten wir entsprechend Deiner Qualifikation und Motivation aus. Wir bieten Einsatzbereiche in Vormontagen, Montage des Grundmotors bis hin zu komplexeren Motor - Montagearbeitsplätzen an.
Da deine Gesundheit, sowie die Gesundheit Deiner Kollegen unser wichtigstes Gut ist, wird die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitskultur und Arbeitssicherheit am Arbeitsplatz auch zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören.
Darüber hinaus sicherst Du Qualität deiner Arbeit und somit die Produktqualität im Rahmen von Werkerselbstprüfungen und Prüfprotokollen ab
Die Dokumentation und Rückmeldung von durchgeführten Arbeiten gehört auch zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet
Sollte doch mal etwas schief gehen, können auch kleinere Rückmontagetätigkeiten zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet gehören.
Qualifikationen - Was wir uns wünschen:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf, vorzugsweise als Kfz-Mechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder Maschinenschlosser
Gute Montage-Kenntnisse
Selbständiges Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
Interesse an der Mitarbeit und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
Schichtbereitschaft
PC-Kenntnisse
