Multi Solution Architect

The Opportunity

As a Multi-Solution Architect, you will be the senior technical authority across our Adobe Experience Cloud engagements, setting architecture direction and delivery standards across all Adobe projects, not just one. You will advise enterprise clients in banking, telco, airlines, hospitality, and retail on designing, delivering, and adopting MarTech solutions across Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Experience Manager, Analytics, and Target. 

You will also lead how AI is used in delivery, using generative assistants and agentic workflows to accelerate design, documentation, and enablement, and building AI-driven decisioning into the solutions we deliver. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent Adobe projects, ensuring architectural consistency, quality, and on-time delivery. 

• Run architecture governance, including design reviews, solution assurance, risk assessments, and go-live readiness checks. 

• Step into at-risk engagements to stabilize and recover delivery, targeting zero-escalation go-lives. 

• Own end-to-end architecture for complex programs spanning CDP, journey orchestration, campaign, content, analytics, and personalization. 

• Translate industry marketing strategy into data models, identity and segmentation strategies, decisioning frameworks, and personalization use cases clients can operationalize. 

• Embed AI tools (co-pilots, LLM assistants, prompt-driven automation) across the delivery lifecycle, and design agentic solutions such as intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, and next-best-action decisioning. 

• Guide clients on responsible AI adoption, including governance, privacy, and consent. 

• Lead workshops and hands-on enablement so client teams can extend, operate, and get lasting value from what we build. 

• Act as a trusted advisor from technical leads to C-suite, surfacing risks early and steering through ambiguity. 

• Mentor architects and consultants, contribute to pre-sales and RFP solutioning, and build reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and AI-enabled playbooks. 

• Identify opportunities to deepen Adobe adoption and expand client engagements. 

What You Need to Succeed

• 15+ years of hands-on consulting experience delivering enterprise SaaS or MarTech solutions, with deep expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. 

• Proven technical leadership across multiple concurrent programs, including architecture governance and delivery recovery. 

• Track record of owning enterprise-scale architecture end-to-end and resolving ambiguous requirements and cross-team trade-offs. 

• Deep marketing domain expertise in at least one vertical: banking, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, or retail. 

• Hands-on experience applying AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, and working knowledge of machine learning and agentic AI concepts. 

• Experience mentoring architects and contributing to pre-sales or RFP solutioning. 

• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills, with the presence to guide executives and engineers alike. 

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is a plus. 

• Travel up to 50%. 

Bonus Experience 

• Designing agentic AI or autonomous monitoring solutions for MarTech environments. 

• Advanced use of AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, or LLM-driven workflow automation. 

• Experience with data pipelines, event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis), or ETL/ELT tools. 

• Adobe certifications (e.g., AEP, AJO, Real-Time CDP).
