YOUR CHALLENGE
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für compliancebezogene Fragestellungen im Bereich Wertpapiere im Zusammenhang mit dem WpHG, Bafin-Regulierungen, EU-Verordnungen und mehr
- Sie stellen zusammen mit dem Team gesetzliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Anforderungen im Bereich Compliance sicher und managen die Risiken entsprechend
- Unterstützung des MaRisk Compliance Beauftragten (z. B. Zuordnung der eingehenden neuen regulatorischen Aspekte sowie deren Nachverfolgung, Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Sitzungen der MaRisk Compliance Working Group Zuweisung neu eingehender gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen in der entsprechenden Datenbank bzw. Plausibilisierung der Einschätzungen der Fachbereiche
- Insbesondere koordinieren Sie die Implementierung globaler Policies inklusive des Genehmigungsprozesses über die entsprechende Datenbank sowie lokaler Organisationsrichtlinien (Neuaufnahme, Änderung, Außer-Kraft-Setzung) inklusive des Genehmigungsprozesses
YOUR PROFILE
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft oder Recht oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft und Recht
- Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance, idealerweise im Banken- oder Finanzumfeld
- Erste oder fundierter Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Governance und im regulatorischen Umfeld von Banken, insbesondere im Bereich Vermögensverwaltung und Anlageberatung
- Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft und Aufgeschlossenheit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie hervorragende MS Office Kenntnisse
- Hohe Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanz- und Bankdaten
