Requisitos:
Educación: Bachillerato técnico (mecánica, electricidad o afines).
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 a 3 años operando grúas QC en terminales portuarias.
Licencias y Certificaciones: Licencia de conducir válida tipo G según aplique para maquinaria pesada y certificación vigente para operación de grúas QC.
Condiciones: Disponibilidad para laborar en Posorja bajo esquemas de turnos rotativos.
Ejecutar el izaje y traslado de contenedores desde/hacia la nave siguiendo estrictamente el plan de estiba y las directrices del sistema operativo de la terminal (TOS).
Realizar las inspecciones pre-operacionales (checklist) de la grúa QC antes de iniciar el turno para garantizar la operatividad de los sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos.
Mantener comunicación radial permanente y fluida con los amarradores, señalineros y choferes de tractocamiones (ITV) en el muelle para prevenir incidentes.
