Als Operator Logistik (m/w/*) stellen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die sichere, zuverlässige und termingerechte Versorgung unserer Produktionsbereiche sicher. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

Durchführung innerbetrieblicher Transporte mit Front- und Schubmaststaplern
Bereitstellung von Rohstoffen, Verpackungsmaterialien, Halbfertig- und Fertigwaren
Ein-, Aus- und Umlagerung von Materialien und Ladungsträgern
Be- und Entladung von Fahrzeugen einschließlich ordnungsgemäßer Ladungssicherung
Erfassung und Buchung von Materialbewegungen in SAP mithilfe mobiler Scanner
Kontrolle von Materialien, Ladungsträgern und Begleitdokumenten auf Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen
Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen sowie Klärung festgestellter Abweichungen
Durchführung der vorgesehenen Kontrollen und Pflegearbeiten an Flurförderzeugen und Arbeitsmitteln
Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsanweisungen
Unterstützung in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Werkslogistik entsprechend dem betrieblichen Bedarf

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen, gewerblichen oder logistischen Beruf oder Erfahrung in der Lager-, Produktions- oder Werkslogistik
Gültiger Fahrausweis für Flurförderzeuge
Sichere praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Front- und Schubmaststaplern
Gesundheitliche Eignung zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen, ehemals G25
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Tagschichtstelle mit der Bereitschaft, bei regelmäßig betrieblichem Bedarf auch im Wechselschichtbetrieb eingesetzt zu werden, einschließlich Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten im vollkontinuierlichen 4-Schicht-Betrieb an bis sieben Tagen pro Woche
Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit in wechselnden Schichtteams
Kenntnisse in SAP-EWM oder einem vergleichbaren Warenwirtschaftssystem

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Ladungssicherung, Gefahrstoffe oder Gefahrgut
Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Logistiksystemen (AGV)
Kenntnisse in Methoden der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, beispielsweise 5S oder Lean Management
