想加入企業數位轉型的核心，用你的專業引導客戶走向流程優化的下一步嗎？我們正在尋找熟悉 Oracle Fusion ERP 的你，成為我們專業顧問團隊的一員。我們正在招募具備 Oracle Fusion ERP 導入與顧問經驗之專業人才，協助企業客戶推動數位轉型與流程優化。此職位將參與 Oracle Fusion 專案之規劃、需求訪談、解決方案設計、系統導入及上線後支援，透過對企業流程與系統功能的深入理解，為客戶提供高品質、具商業價值的顧問服務。
你將負責的工作
從專案啟動、需求訪談到系統上線，你將全程參與 Oracle Fusion ERP 的導入與優化過程。
直接與客戶的業務單位合作，深入了解他們的作業痛點，並設計出最適合的系統解決方案。
負責 Oracle Fusion 相關模組的系統設定、功能測試與整合驗證，確保專案順利交付。
不只是交付系統，你也會協助客戶優化現有工作流程，並提供上線後的技術支援與使用者訓練。
背景／能力要求
具備 3-5 年 Oracle Fusion ERP 導入、顧問或相關專案經驗。
熟悉財務會計、採購、供應鏈等企業核心流程。
擅長分析商業流程、釐清需求，並能規劃出對應的解決方案。
具備良好的溝通與團隊合作能力，能有效與客戶及專案團隊溝通。
加分項：具備 Oracle Fusion 相關認證，或有英文溝通能力。
