Position Summary

Szukamy osoby, która zadba o sprawną realizację zamówień klientów — od ich wprowadzenia do systemu po koordynację dostaw. Na tym stanowisku będziesz współpracować z klientami, zespołami sprzedaży, magazynem i fabryką, a także analizować wyniki i usprawniać procesy operacyjne.

Miejsce pracy - ul. Postępu 14 w Warszawie
Praca w trybie hybrydowym

Role and Responsibilities

Zakres obowiązków:

Wprowadzanie i kompletowanie zamówień klientów oraz bieżący kontakt w sprawie statusu ich realizacji.
Koordynacja awizacji dostaw i przekazywanie dyspozycji transportowych operatorom logistycznym oraz przewoźnikom.
Aktualizowanie informacji o terminach dostaw i dostępności produktów oraz aktywne poszukiwanie rozwiązań w przypadku potencjalnych problemów z dostawami.
Bieżąca współpraca z magazynem i fabryką w zakresie realizacji dostaw.
Raportowanie statusu dostaw i wyników sprzedaży w odniesieniu do planów tygodniowych.
Regularne monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników efektywności (KPI) oraz koordynacja realizacji dyspozycji sprzedażowych.
Współpraca z zespołami sprzedaży.
Udział w opracowywaniu i wdrażaniu projektów usprawniających procesy oraz poprawiających wyniki KPI.

Skills and Qualifications

Nasze oczekiwania:

Masz co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
Masz wykształcenie wyższe — mile widziane kierunki związane z logistyką lub zarządzaniem.
Lubisz pracę z danymi i masz zdolności analityczne.
Chętnie współpracujesz z klientami i potrafisz budować długotrwałe relacje oparte na dobrej komunikacji.
Bardzo dobrze organizujesz swoją pracę, również pod presją czasu.
Aktywnie szukasz rozwiązań i wychodzisz z inicjatywą.
Posługujesz się językiem angielskim w stopniu dobrym.
Bardzo dobrze znasz MS Excel i potrafisz pracować w systemie SAP.
