How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Medicasa ricerca un OSS per il Distretto di Crema per operare e collaborare con le altre figure professionali sanitarie al fine di garantire l'assistenza ed il benessere dei pazienti in carico; svolgere attività che aiutino le persone a soddisfare i propri bisogni fondamentali, finalizzate al recupero, al mantenimento e allo sviluppo del livello di benessere, promuovendone l'autonomia e l'autodeterminazione.

In qualità di OSS a domicilio, sarai il punto di riferimento per il paziente e la sua famiglia, occupandoti di:

"* Attuare interventi di tipo relazionale ed educativi in linea con le attività previste dal PAI e dal suo ruolo.
* Garantire attività assistenziali orientate alle esigenze dei pazienti considerando età, genere, condizioni di salute, fragilità fisiche/psichiche e tenendo conto delle specificità religiose etniche e linguistiche.
* Garantire e promuove l'educazione sanitaria all'Assistito e al care giver
* Agire su delega dell'infermiere previo controllo e secondo le Procedure definite da Medicasa
* Garantire il corretto utilizzo, stoccaggio e conservazione dei materiali e dispositivi messi a disposizione da Medicasa a casa dell'Assistito
* Garantire la corretta applicazione degli obiettivi assistenziali definiti dall'infermiere e dal PAI
* Garantire la corretta tenuta della documentazione sanitaria ed amministrativa utlizzando la Cartella Clinica informatizzata.
* Identificare segni e sintomi rispetto alla situazione clinica assistenziale e rilevare eventuali fattori di rischio, comunicandoli alla CO e tracciando
* Rispettare il proprio codice comportamentale che definisce e precisa i principi morali ed etici della propria professione, i valori e le norme, e se ne assume la responsabilità"
