How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Soporte Administrativo a la sucursal:- Gestión administrativa de cuentas
- Facturación y Notas de Crédito
- Gestión de proveedores
• Ejecución del proceso de alta de proveedores en la plataforma corporativa.
• Confección de pedidos internos de compra y coordinación con el área de
Compras para la generación de Órdenes de Compra (OC)
• Recepción, validación y procesamiento de facturas de proveedores,
asegurando su correcta imputación en las cuentas contables
correspondientes.
• Resolución de consultas, reclamos y conciliación de estados de cuenta con
proveedores a través de correo electrónico.
• Participación activa en la propuesta de automatización de flujos de trabajo
para agilizar el procesamiento de datos.

-Estudiante de carreras afines a administración.
-Conocimiento y dominio de paquete Google o Microsoft (Excel / Google Sheets).
-Perfil analítico con interés en el diseño e implementación de mejora continua.
-Ingles Intermedio (no excluyente).
