Oportunidad:

Buscamos a una persona proactiva y organizada para brindar soporte integral y operativo a los estudios clínicos, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los procesos regulatorios y de seguimiento.

Responsabilidades:

Asistir con la preparación, envío y seguimiento de los paquetes regulatorios para el sometimiento a los centros y a cada uno de los entes requeridos.
Asistir en la actualización de Veeva Clinical y demás herramientas y trackings para el adecuado seguimiento del proyecto. Además de actualización de las distintas plataformas asociadas a estudios clínicos.
Archivar adecuadamente los documentos que se vayan generando en los repositorios correspondientes, realizando un control de calidad del mismo.
Asistir en el armado de los TMF/ISFs de manera que estén listos en tiempo y forma una vez aprobado el estudio.
Asistir con la renovación anual de la póliza de seguros para todos los estudios que patrocina FHLR en Argentina, y con las solicitudes de endosos por modificación o incorporación de estudios/centros.
Dar soporte operativo en todas las tareas relacionadas con el inicio, conducción y cierre de los estudios clínicos.
Carga y actualización de datos en las planillas de seguimiento interno. Revisión y archivo de la documentación recibida.
Preparación y envío de materiales a demanda del monitor. Coordinación con el operador logístico para el retiro. Revisión y archivo de documentación.
Registro de importación y seguimiento stock de insumos (dispositivos médicos y otros).

Quien eres:

Estudiante activo universitario en el campo de ciencias de la salud (Farmacia, médicina, biomédicina, biomédico, etc)
Idiomas: Inglés, nivel avanzado mandatorio.
Herramientas Informáticas:Manejo de entorno Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Facilidad para el uso de sistemas informáticos de manejo de datos (excluyente).Manejo de herramientas de Google (Mail, Calendar), Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.Conocimiento del sistema Veeva Vault (recomendado).
