What You Will Do

• Deliver first-line People Services support, resolving employee and customer queries in line with service level agreements.
• Coordinate and manage training activities, working closely with suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery.
• Escalate complex cases appropriately and work collaboratively with specialist teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Process training administration, including certification management, system updates, purchase orders and goods receipting.
• Provide excellent customer service through professional, accurate and timely case management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems and service delivery.

What You Will Bring

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience working within an HR, People Services, administration or customer service environment.
• Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and business areas.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Experience using HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors or case management platforms is desirable.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
• A degree-level qualification in a relevant subject is desirable.
