Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will lead the machine analytics digital solutions portfolio and roadmap for DOL- and VSD-driven rotating equipment. Responsible for market analysis, product positioning, and customer value propositions, while managing the complete offering lifecycle from requirements and development through launch, commercialization, and ongoing enhancement. Ensures alignment with business strategy and drives profitable growth through collaboration across business lines, sales, service, R&D, and digital teams.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the MOHP success. Main stakeholders are MOHP Business Lines and MOSE.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Product Development and Strategy: Defines the strategy and vision of the Machines Analytics and solutions portfolio for the Motion High Power product portfolio.

• Market and Customer Engagement: Actively collects market, customer and internal requirements.
• Roadmaps and prioritization: Manages the connectivity solutions roadmaps and sets priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordination and Integration: Coordinates with product managers and development teams and supports cross-divisional adoption.
• Value proposition: Defines customer value proposition for each segment and channel, ensuring clear communication and positioning within the portfolio with specific values per offering line.
• Marketing and Launch: Plans market launch and coordinates marketing activities with the Marketing team.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• 5+ years of working experience with process industries (Oil and gas, metals, mining, chemical, cement)
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Process engineering or related field.
• Proven technical product management experience, including the ability to collect customer needs, build roadmaps and define/prioritize requirements.
• Strong experience with electrical machines and rotating equipment monitoring solutions.
• Solid understanding of variable speed drives and the customer needs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• High level of organizational and stakeholder management skills•   Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills 
• Experience in design thinking and value proposition design process to discover and test new solutions.
