Nombre del Puesto: Asesoría Digital
Objetivo del Puesto: Serás el primer contacto dentro de la sucursal BBVA, descubrirás sus necesidades para brindarle las soluciones adecuadas promoviendo la contratación, el uso de nuestros productos y servicios en canales digitales y además contribuirás a la calidad en el servicio en BBVA.

Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura / Preparatoria (Plazas únicas)
- Conocimientos requeridos:
  - Atención al cliente.
  - Manejo de paquetería Office.
  - Manejo de aplicaciones móviles
  - Venta de productos intangibles,
  - Capacidad de análisis.
- Experiencia:
  - Haber realizado funciones en alguna entidad financiera (1 año deseable)
  - Ventas de productos intangibles.
  - Manejo de efectivo.
  - Solución de problemas.
Actividades a Realizar:
- - Asesorar a los clientes sobre la contratación y beneficios de nuestros productos y servicios.
- - Identificar y referenciar oportunidades de negocio con clientes actuales o potenciales a los Banqueros. (Hipotecario, PyME, auto)
- - Prospección de clientes
- - Apoyo y actualización de la aplicación.
