Job Description
Visa is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Value-Added Services Marketing team, supporting Visa's Risk & Security portfolio. We are looking for someone who can go deep enough into the product to understand how it works, why it matters, and where it fits in the market, while also being able to translate that understanding into clear, compelling stories for sellers, clients, analysts, and internal stakeholders. The right candidate will be equally comfortable digging into product capabilities, flows, demos, technical concepts, and market dynamics as they are creating strong narratives, sales enablement materials, presentations, one-pagers, launch assets, and executive-ready messaging.
This role combines strong product and payments knowledge with exceptional storytelling skills. Candidate should be comfortable working with product managers, technical subject matter experts, sales teams, and senior leaders to translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value.
This is a Manager-level individual contributor role with significant cross-functional exposure across product, sales, marketing, analyst relations, and business leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and narratives for Visa's Risk & Security solutions.
- Create and maintain high-impact sales and marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, sales plays, launch materials, and executive presentations.
- Partner with product managers, solution specialists, sales teams, and technical experts to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives through messaging development, content creation, and sales enablement.
- Partner with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to support strategic client engagements, strengthen competitive differentiation, and identify market opportunities.
- Support analyst relations activities including analyst briefings, industry evaluations, market research, competitive analysis, and analyst-facing content development.
- Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate research, content creation, and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
This position is a Hybrid role to be based in our Austin, TX office location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Adapt your resume
