As a Product Specialist, Cyber and Network Solutions & Services, you will drive the growth of Singtel’s Cybersecurity and Network Solutions & Services portfolio across selected Government, Global and enterprise accounts.

This is a quota-bearing specialist sales role where you will combine strong commercial acumen with technical knowledge across managed services, network, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. You will help customers modernise their ICT environments, address complex business challenges and build secure, resilient and future-ready operations.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Driving revenue and margin growth across Singtel’s Cybersecurity and Network Solutions & Services portfolio.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities while expanding Singtel’s presence within existing customer accounts.
• Engaging customers to understand their business challenges, technology priorities and transformation objectives.
• Developing compelling value propositions across network, cloud, compute, infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration and managed services.
• Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior executives, influencers and decision-makers.
• Delivering high-impact presentations, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating effectively and closing complex business opportunities.
• Managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and tracking opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Service Delivery, Support and Sales teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Collaborating with technology vendors and partners to strengthen solution offerings and support successful deal closure.
• Ensuring quotations, orders and business cases comply with margin, procurement and approval guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate and timely sales records in Salesforce.
• Staying current with market developments, technology trends, competitor offerings and industry best practices.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales, business development or account management within Managed Services, System Integration or IT Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex ICT, cybersecurity, network, cloud or managed services solutions.
• Good understanding of WAN, LAN, wireless networking, data centres, compute, storage, cloud, cybersecurity and system integration solutions.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and customer outcomes.
• Strong presentation, proposal development, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Good knowledge of the IT vendor and technology partner landscape.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing pricing, margins and business cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
