📍POSITION LOCATED IN MURCIA

We are looking for a Professional Oral Health Territory Manager who is passionate about science, professional relationships and business development. Your mission will be to build trust with dentists, dental hygienists and other dental professionals, helping them improve their patients’ oral health through evidence-based solutions.

As part of the Oral Care Professional Iberia team, you will act as a trusted advisor to dental professionals in your territory, driving the recommendation and use of our brands and actively contributing to sustainable business growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

•  You will report directly to the Unit Sales Manager and will be responsible for driving the usage and recommendation of our brands among dental health professionals in your territory.

•  You will receive training to become an expert in presenting oral health solutions to dental professionals through our brands and services.

•  You will develop trusted relationships with dental clinics, key opinion leaders and other key stakeholders in the sector.

•  You will communicate the scientific evidence and benefits of our solutions for patients and professionals in a rigorous and compelling manner.

•  You will contribute to shaping the overall Oral Care Professional Iberia strategy and adapt it to the needs and opportunities of your geographical area of responsibility.

•  You will organize and participate in dental congresses, trade fairs, training sessions and scientific exchanges to strengthen the presence and credibility of our brands.

•  You will be responsible for managing a small warehouse containing high-value materials used during visits within your territory, ensuring compliance with all company stewardship, control and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and engage different stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
  Ability to translate strategies and plans into action, set priorities, follow through on commitments and consistently deliver high-quality results while adapting to changing business needs.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and good English skills.
• Valid driver's licence and availability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Nice to have: previous knowledge in oral or dental health sales, healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry or scientific disciplines.
