This role is contributing to the Smart Power, Electrification in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Technical leadership of entrusted projects.

• Projects coordination with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.

• Direct contact with customers in order to realize current orders.

• Preparation of electrical and mechanical documentations and bill of materials needed for low-voltage switchgears production.

• Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.

• Technical supervision over the production and assembly of low-voltage switchgears, coordination and leading of the final acceptance test with customer presence.

• Timely and effective implementation of entrusted projects and tasks.

• Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.

Qualifications for the role:

• Engineering degree in electrical/automation or similar field.

• Experience in designing of electrical systems.

• Good knowledge of electrical components.

• Communicative knowledge of English and Polish in both oral and written form.

• Knowledge of Creo, Eplan, Auto CAD programs will be additional asset.

• Very good knowledge of computer skills (MS Office).

• Ability to work in a group and with a wide range of co-workers.

• The ability to work under time pressure.
