- Coordinating resources and timelines to keep deliverables on track
- Identifying risks early and collaborating on practical ways to mitigate them
- Tracking progress with data and reporting tools, and recommending improvements
- Presenting updates to stakeholders using dashboards, metrics, and reports

You don't need previous project management experience; we're looking for motivated people eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.
Here at Amazon, it's in our nature to learn and be curious. Within this apprenticeship you'll put newfound knowledge into practice every day, supported by first-class coaching, tailored development, and rewarding work that will empower you to reach new heights and build the future you envision.
You'll gain a vast range of experiences and skills while working towards the BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management. As a working student, you'll spend 80% of your time working in your business area and 20% on dedicated study - developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to work towards successful graduation, with goals set by your training provider and manager to support you.
You'll build your skills over a 42-month period, starting in September 2027. Your apprenticeship will combine on-the-job learning at your Amazon base location with structured study, online learning, and mentoring from experienced team members.
